Responsibilities
Oversee the scheduling, execution, and delivery of multiple simultaneous engineering projects across various teams
Serve as the primary liaison among engineering, product, and operational stakeholders
Conduct and manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and program status meetings
Proactively identify risks, monitor dependencies, and tackle issues to secure seamless program execution
Continuously update leadership on the status of programs, highlighting potential roadblocks and resource requirements

Agile Methodologies (Expert)
Stakeholder Management (Expert)
SDLC (Advanced)
Technical Acumen (Advanced)
Proficient in Agile methodologies and release management
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Strong grounding in software engineering practices and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Preferred
Experience in high-growth technology sectors, particularly with a background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps programs is highly advantageous
