Responsibilities
Process and review annuity and life service transactions with accuracy and compliance
Provide responsive, high-quality support to customers, internal teams, and partner offices
Research and resolve account or policy errors, ensuring timely follow-up
Communicate effectively through phone, email, and written correspondence
Maintain records and support operational efficiency across the Annuity & Life Operations team
Qualification
Required
4+ years of work experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with basic office tools
High school diploma required
Candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen upon acceptance of offer
Preferred
