Houchens Food Group is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to join their Information Technology department. The role involves addressing issues related to the Point-of-Sale System, troubleshooting calls from retail stores, and performing on-site repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities
Answering and troubleshooting calls received from retail stores
Working knowledge of store procedures and equipment
Traveling to stores to install equipment and train employees
Perform on-site repairs, upgrades, and other preventive maintenance
On call rotation for afterhours emergencies
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Grocery and convenience store knowledge preferred
Prior Help Desk and or customer service experience a plus

Relevant postsecondary education preferred
