The Technology Support Specialist role is responsible for providing technical sales support and customer solutions related to Fabick's technology portfolio, ensuring seamless integration, troubleshooting, and training for all technology products and systems sold by Fabick Technology Services.

Responsibilities

Advise and consult customers on technology-related product support needs

Assist sales team with technical configurations, pricing, and product knowledge

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for technology systems via phone, in-person, or remotely

Support technicians with installation processes, calibrations, and setup of technology products; ensure consistency across branches

Order, prepare, and configure technology equipment for installation or delivery including parts orders and warranty replacements

Document hardware/software issues, installation steps, and customer usage; provide feedback for improvements

Develop training materials and conduct on-site customer training for technology systems

Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve technology-related issues promptly

Help manage technology-related inventory, repair requests, and rental kits
