Responsibilities

Coach shop‑floor personnel on Lean, Six‑Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
Track, analyze, and report safety, quality, cost, schedule, and productivity metrics
Develop and maintain performance dashboards that visualize key indicators
Serve as a liaison between the PMT and Dallas Operations Center leadership, communicating progress, risks, and successes
Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, production control, and ESH functions to remove improvement barriers

Qualification

Manufacturing experienceLean Six-SigmaData analysis toolsCoaching skillsCommunication skills

Required

Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; able to influence without direct authority
Effective written and oral communication; able to present complex data to diverse audiences

Preferred

Proficiency with data‑analysis tools
Lean Six‑Sigma certification (preferred)
