Responsibilities

Oversees the full lifecycle of product lines, from research and pricing analysis to performance, profitability, and market competitiveness
Develops and maintains annual forecasts while identifying opportunities to strengthen market position, quality, and cost efficiency
Leads technical support and applications engineering teams to ensure accurate product specifications, timely quotes, and superior customer service
Manages and updates product documentation including specification sheets, instructions, and marketing materials
Represents the company and its products at industry tradeshows and events

Required

Bachelor's degree in design technology or a related field (required)
Five to seven years of experience with pumps, VFD's, pumping systems or related field (required)
