Own and drive product initiatives from concept to launch
Convert operational workflows into structured product requirements
Collaborate daily with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver features
Work closely with leadership to inform roadmap decisions
Engage directly with customers to understand how the product is used in the real world
Use feedback and usage insights to iterate and improve existing functionality
Qualification
Required
This is a New York–based role requiring immediate availability
Candidates must currently reside in New York and be able to work in this location without relocation assistance
Experience managing products in B2B SaaS or workflow-based platforms
Strong ability to organize ambiguity into clear execution plans
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
Confident communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ownership mindset with a bias toward shipping and learning
Preferred
Aviation background is helpful but not required
