They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to focus on selling their Health Coach course, engaging with prospective students, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

Make 150+ calls daily to prospective students (no cold calling!)
Use discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage quickly with students - driving to a one-call close when possible
Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals

Required

A desire to promote and sell our Health Coach (HCI) course
At least 1 year of phone-based, high-volume, inside sales experience
Prior CRM experience
Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a proven track record in phone-based sales
Excellent phone-based communication skills
Personal passion for fitness and desire to help others
Money motivated with a competitive nature that enjoys the grind of sales
Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer base
Ability to communicate and coach someone through their challenges and inspire them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks
Ability to build rapport, empathize, and make a personal connection with our prospective students
Ability to frame the enrollment/sales conversation as a powerful conversation to help someone bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be
Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
