We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team as a Service Integration and Technical Planning Architect. The role involves managing solution development, governing standards, and leading planning activities to align with the client’s strategic direction while identifying opportunities for service improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage solution development
Coordinate the review of solution designs from the service providers
Guide service providers on required documentation of service designs
Review designs for compliance with standard products and reference architectures
Govern Standards
Manage Standards lifecycle from identification to retirement
Help identify new standard candidates
Communicate standards to the required stakeholders
Lead planning activities
Consolidate plans from all the service providers
Ensure plans align to client’s strategic direction
Develop the master technology plan incorporating all the other suppliers’ plans
Identify opportunities to improve the existing services and delivery including the use of emerging technologies and automation

Qualification

Required

Familiarity with infrastructure technologies and components including cloud
Experience in managing third parties in multi-vendor environment
Technology planning experience
Standards definition and management

Preferred

Experience of using ServiceNow a plus
