Affiliate Partner – Recruitment
Talent Pulse 360 (TP360) is looking for experienced recruiters in the United States to build independent recruiting practices or scale existing micro-agencies. The Affiliate Partner role involves nurturing relationships with hiring managers, securing job mandates, and coordinating the hiring process while maintaining a world-class client experience.

Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers, founders, and HR leaders across the US
Secure job mandates and run strong intake conversations to understand the role, urgency, and success criteria
Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end with your client (screening flow, interviews, feedback loops, offer, closure)
Represent candidates professionally and maintain a world-class client experience
Operate with transparency, integrity, and process discipline across all engagements
Qualification
Required
Have demonstrated recruiting experience (agency, independent, or in-house with strong client reach)
Have access to or reach within US-based hiring networks (companies actively recruiting)
Are building your own recruiting practice or already operate a micro-agency
Prefer relationship-led recruiting and want to spend more time winning mandates and closing hires
Want access to deeper, broader resume coverage beyond traditional platforms
Are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where outcomes matter
Preferred
A focused niche (e.g., tech, product, data, sales, operations, finance, healthcare, etc.)
Existing client relationships or active recruiting mandates
Experience running contingency or success-fee based recruiting
