Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Assist in daily office tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems and databases
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Conduct research and compile data as needed
Assist in organizing company events and meetings
Perform general office duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting

At least one high-resolution monitor (preferably 1080p), with dual monitors being advantageous for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
A stable and fast internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps and higher is essential, along with a backup Internet Service Provider plan or a secondary location equipped with reliable internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and service reliability
Good quality webcam and microphone for clear video and audio communications during virtual meetings
A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions, suitable for handling confidential work
Backup power solutions, such as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or a power generator, to prevent data loss during power interruptions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Experience with project management software is advantageous
