Student Management System Administrator

They are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as a Student Management System Administrator, responsible for supporting and maintaining the district’s Student Information System (Infinite Campus) and ensuring smooth operations for administrators, teachers, and staff.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for the district’s Student Management System (Infinite Campus)
Troubleshoot issues such as user access, permissions, scheduling, and attendance
Process and manage reports and job requests from school district personnel
Maintain and manage Student Management System databases (SQL)
Assist with the submission and processing of district data
Audit data input/output for accuracy and prepare reports for delivery
Monitor and update SIS-related web content
Use software tools such as Microsoft Office 365, SQL, Tableau, and other district applications to support operations
Collaborate with district staff, IT colleagues, and vendors to resolve issues
Perform additional duties as assigned to support system performance and district needs

Required

Previous experience with Infinite Campus (required)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
Knowledge of SQL databases and Tableau
Prior work experience in K-12 education (required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
Experience in a customer service or support center environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent software updates
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups
