Responsibilities

Scheduling caregivers to meet the needs of clients
Update EMR system with schedule changes and visit authorizations
Communicates with team members across different departments to effectively coordinate client care
Makes sure complaints regarding scheduling are adequately resolved
Participates in the on-call scheduling rotation
Other duties as needed
