Responsibilities
The marketing analyst will assist the Product Marketing team with managing marketing collateral updates across channels
Responsible for managing workflow of marketing deliverables, marking up and updating collateral, managing it through SME and compliance reviews, and providing production support through execution
Ability to think critically, highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects and execute many steps within a particular process
The goal of this position is to assist the team with day-to-day tasks and make their jobs easier by managing maintenance projects, moving creative through an established workflow, and pushing them live once approved by the marketer
Qualification
Required
Workfront experience required
Highly detail-oriented and able to handle many simultaneous workstreams
Able to follow instructions exactly
Idea skillset is a background in project mgmt. or operations – NOT a creative
Someone who finds satisfaction from task completion – otherwise this will not be enjoyable work
Proactive communicator who will keep collateral owners informed of status, issues, etc
Preferred
Previous Client experience highly preferred (if not, will entail longer ramp up time to teach them our processes)
