The role requires independently driving projects end-to-end, leveraging AI tools to improve delivery and decision-making, and building strong relationships with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Serve as part of the PMO, driving delivery of complex technology and AI-enabled initiatives
Own project execution end-to-end with minimal oversight; anticipate risks and act proactively
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and partner closely with cross-functional teams
Translate business needs into clear delivery plans and actionable outcomes
Communicate options and recommendations rather than escalating problems
Ensure smooth collaboration across parallel teams and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong Scrum and Agile delivery experience
Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
Working knowledge of Infrastructure Automation and Cloud technologies (Terraform preferred)
Ability to independently manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance planning, reporting, analysis, and productivity
High emotional intelligence and strong professional behavior
Business-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder communication skills
