Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Oversight - To support the current Project Managers on the program with cross-functional oversight on all the fundamentals around Project Management
Demand Mgt - Help manage new demands on the program based on priority/scope, timeline, and budget
Weekly Status Reporting – Key achievements, RAID log/risk management, and budget management, Consolidate between all areas of the program
Framework – Address the disconnected methodologies between Waterfall/Agile on this program
Coordination – Understand the cross-functional programs where there are interlocking dependencies such as resources, cutovers, activities, etc. I.e. Mexico SAP ECC going live at same time as S4 Hana implementations
Meeting Cadence – Attending recurring meetings on program to understand effectivity of them and to suggest streamlining meetings on program to maximize team resource utilization
Stakeholder Engagement – Manage communications with the stakeholders of the program
