Sales Manager
Superior SoftWash is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in achieving ambitious sales goals. The role involves managing the full sales talent lifecycle, driving revenue, and ensuring quality control while promoting a culture of accountability and performance.

Responsibilities
Drive results through forecasting, gap-to-goal plans, and execution sprints
Set targets with executive management (monthly goals, weekly activity, NSLI/KPI standards)
Recruit and hire continuously; build and maintain a pipeline of talent
Train and coach reps (roleplay, call review, ride-alongs, weekly coaching plans)
Promote leaders from within; move people up—or out—based on performance
Own quality control: pricing, paperwork, expectation-setting, and operational handoff
Run scorecards, meetings, reporting, and commissions/payroll submissions
Build and continuously improve the rehash program
Qualification
Required
Proven sales leader with a track record of hitting targets
Comfortable being measured weekly (scoreboards, KPIs, NSLI)
Strong at recruiting and building a performance culture
Direct, structured, and consistent with coaching and accountability
Committed to doing it the right way—values, standards, and customer experience
Preferred
