ADP Lyric Implementation Project Manager
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to their team of consultants under their HCM Project Management Practice. The role involves managing the migration from ADP Enterprise V5 to ADP Lyric, providing project management and subject matter expertise throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities
Support data and business requirements gathering
Plan, schedule, and monitor client-assigned tasks and deliverables as defined within the ADP implementation project plan
Confirm project plan's alignment with organizational needs and requirements
Provide guidance and feedback to assist client iwth change management approach
Identify risks; develop and manage risk mitigation plans in conjunction with Client team and ADP implementation project manager
Recommend tactical decisions that align with client objectives
Work with client to plan for dual maintenance requirements
Work with client and ADP team to confirm appropriate system training is completed by all users
Connect with Client vendors regarding integration requirements, setup, testing and client approval
Identify risks; develop and manage risk mitigation plans in conjunction with client and ADP Project Manager
Provide Lyric subject matter expertise in support of project
Review client business structure and HR Operations processes, gathering data cross-functionally as needed
Assist with completion of data mapping documents and validation strategy, including integrations and crosswalk data mapping where needed
Advise on data governance and readiness, including guidance on data cleanup and standardization
Support data validation, including mapping of additional data elements as needed, employing available tools to streamline process of identifying variances
Support dual maintenance requirements, leveraging automated tools where possible
Assist client team with development of workflows, hierarchy, and features to support employee lifecycle management
Assist with setup of module features to confirm best utilization
Collaborate with client to conduct appropriate system testing, including functions, integrations and UAT
Advise on reporting strategy, assist in identifying custom reporting needs – collaborate with ADP and Client to confirm report requirements and ensure accurate report output is delivered as expected
Support go-live deliverables for client success, including hyper-care period (two pay periods)
Provide project updates in the format mutually agreeable with the Client
Qualification
Required
Lyric Implementation Project Management experience
Work in team environment with client/vendor and other STG consultants
Holistic view of organizational structures
Ability to be a resource to qualified team
Identify knowledge gaps in processes and communicate effectively
Preferred
Enterprise to Lyric experience a plus
Familiarity with WFM is a plus
