Business & Customer Data Integration Summer (STAR) Intern
Mercedes-Benz USA is responsible for the sales, marketing and service of all Mercedes-Benz and Maybach products in the United States. The Marketing Analytics intern will assist marketing business units with insights and KPIs, focusing on developing market analytics and assessing marketing campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Support marketing metrics report creation and automation within the Marketing Analytics and Performance team
Gather and analyze business requirements to create and manage dashboards for end users. Provide hands-on assistance to marketing business units with reporting in Google Analytics and Heap
Create and maintain documentation on data models, reports, and other visualization
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing ROI
Support marketing campaign analytics and insights delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Stay updated on marketing analytics trends and tools
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program
Proficiency in PowerPoint and other MicroSoft Suite tools
Ability to analyze and interpret data using Google Analytics or similar tools
A self-starter who applies a solution-oriented approach
Strong problem formulation, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
