Responsibilities
Lead and inspire high-performing Sales and Marketing teams across multiple service lines
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy including organic growth, joint ventures, preferred provider relationships, and M&A opportunities
Establish KPIs, systems, and processes to optimize sales performance and accountability
Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive financial, operational, and cultural success
Build trusted relationships with referral sources, providers, partners, and key stakeholders
Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence while advancing the company’s mission to provide outstanding patient care
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Extensive experience in post-acute healthcare (home health, hospice, rehab, or similar)
Proven success as a VP of Sales/Business Development, ideally in a PE-backed healthcare setting
Strong background in strategic planning, growth execution, M&A, and referral development
Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience implementing KPIs and scalable systems
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ)
Willingness to travel 50–70% to build and maintain relationships across multiple regions
