Responsibilities
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including gathering and entering data into systems accurately
Support the team in managing and maintaining a large 401k plan, ensuring compliance and smooth operations
Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and Oracle systems to organize and analyze HR-related data
Perform onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed
Collaborate with team members to address employee relations matters and provide necessary support
Conduct background checks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Apply critical thinking skills to solve HR-related challenges and streamline administrative processes
Maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with employees and stakeholders
Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives
Ensure consistent grooming and a neat appearance to represent the HR department effectively
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Oracle systems
Strong organizational and data management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
A detail-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous experience in human resources administration or a related field - great but not required
