Billing and Collections Specialist
The Recreational Group is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist who will serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding account balances and project closeout. This role is responsible for the collection of receivables while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Building relationships with our customers and understanding their history and payment schedules
Follow up on deadlines related to customer accounts
Create project invoices and prepare related documentation to send to customers
Navigate contracts related to projects to determine any additional processes or documentation needed to close out project billing
Account reconciliations on a timely basis
Working alongside Collections Manager/Supervisor to follow company processes and procedures regarding collections
Emails and collection calls with required documentation of the progress on each account
Build customer accounts and process credit applications as needed
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for additional duties and accountability that will be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to lift 15 pounds
