Future Opening: Associate Controls Technical Project Manager
Axiom Innovation LLC is a company focused on Systems Design, Process Adherence, and Process Controls in the Mission Critical space. They are seeking an Associate Controls Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project Process Controls related to Mission Critical facilities, while effectively communicating with clients and leading projects from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities
Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring they meet specifications and standards
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and efficiency
Provide technical support and guidance related to SCADA systems and data integrity
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other stakeholder teams to enhance system performance
Thoroughly document Lessons Learned and opportunities for Process Improvement
Lead weekly stakeholder meetings throughout multi-year projects
Positively represent Axiom at professional events
Stay up to date on industry developments
Travel for 1-2 weeks at a time, provided reasonable notice
Additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional teams
Experience with Process Controls or Process Adherence
Prior real-world experience applying Process Management (Controls)
3+ years of experience in, or a degree related to, the Mission Critical Industry
Field experience in the New Construction/Large Commercial Construction Industry
Prior Multi-Trade Commissioning experience
Certification or credential in SCADA or software control platform
Experience with System Integration, Factory or Site Acceptance Testing, or QA/QC Processes
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Strong written and oral communication skills
Great attention to detail
Proficient at using M365 products
Basic data extrapolation and error detection skills
Interested in forming lasting client relationships and building trust
Able to speak with experts outside of their own knowledgebase
Facilitates the bridging of multiple parties or specialists' ideas
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance working as a team with self-direction
