The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of merchandise, attending training sessions, and maintaining a safe working environment while supporting team operations.

Responsibilities

Attend all trainings and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Must comply with Dress Code, with the only permitted personal item in the work area being a clear water container
Smart Phone is required to sign in and out for your shift (not allowed in warehouse)
Ensure accurate processing of all merchandise to our stores and guests
Reports to work on time and completes all job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Qualification

Warehouse experiencePhysical staminaBasic math skillsComputer operationBilingual (English/Spanish)Team playerAttention to detail

Required

High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
1yr prior warehouse or general labor experience a plus
Experience working in a physically-demanding, fast-paced environment, carry up to 47lbs. and lift up to 60 lbs. on an infrequent basis
Basic math skills for inventory counts
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Bilingual in English and Spanish a PLUS
Able to operate computer or handheld device (training provided)
Reliable, safe and a team player
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Access to reliable transportation for all required shifts
