Strategize and execute recruitment plans to meet staffing requirements
Utilize various sourcing methods to develop a strong pipeline of candidates
Screen applicants through resumes, assessments, and interviews
Guide the interview, selection, and onboarding process
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR role, preferably in creative or tech sectors
Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Content Management Systems (CMS)
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced remote environment
