Responsibilities
Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, including reviewing invoices and ensuring timely payments
Manage accounts receivable (AR) activities, such as tracking incoming payments and resolving discrepancies
Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain accurate financial records and complete essential bookkeeping tasks
Perform data entry with precision to update and organize financial databases
Handle invoice processing efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports by providing accurate data
Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards throughout all financial processes
Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to address billing inquiries and payment issues
Assist in reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy and resolve outstanding balances
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) roles
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Familiarity with invoice processing and financial documentation management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in handling financial records
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and team members
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices to ensure compliance and accuracy
