Responsibilities
Organize, scan, and upload physical documents into electronic systems promptly and accurately
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive data in compliance with healthcare regulations
Develop and manage both physical and digital filing systems for efficient record retrieval
Coordinate administrative tasks, including managing schedules, tracking appointments, and handling correspondence
Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and staff while delivering excellent customer service
Perform data entry and support document management using electronic medical records systems
Assist other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations
Conduct regular audits of records to verify accuracy and consistency
Follow confidentiality protocols and procedures established by the medical facility
Qualification
Required
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism, particularly within a healthcare setting
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in data entry and working with electronic medical records systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and confidentiality practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence handling
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency
