Human Resources & EHS Senior Supervisor
ARSAN International Consulting Group is an international aerospace manufacturing company seeking a Human Resources & EHS Senior Supervisor to lead HR functions and EHS programs at their manufacturing facility in Markesan, Wisconsin. The role involves daily HR operations, employee relations, safety execution, and compliance, partnering closely with plant leadership.

Responsibilities
Support and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards and legal requirements
Lead day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, discipline, onboarding, and performance management
Partner with managers to address workforce issues and support employee development
Assist with recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning efforts
Promote open communication and employee engagement at the plant level
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards
Support and execute EHS programs in compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Deliver safety training and promote safe work practices
Maintain accurate safety documentation and records
Partner with plant leadership to foster a strong safety culture
Identify and help implement corrective and preventive safety actions
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Safety Management, or a related field is required
Experience in HR leadership or senior HR supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment
At least seven years of combined HR and EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong working knowledge of U.S. labor laws, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance standards
Demonstrated experience supporting a plant or operational facility
Ability to work hands-on with managers and hourly employees
Experience using HRIS systems and basic workforce analytics
Employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Compensation support, job evaluation, and HR administration
Manufacturing workforce dynamics in hourly and shift-based environments
Safety program execution, training, and incident investigation
OSHA compliance and workplace risk prevention
Hands-on HR and EHS leadership
Practical problem-solving in plant environments
HR and safety compliance execution
Clear communication and influence at all levels
Accountability and follow-through
Integrity and professionalism
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Relocation to Markesan, Wisconsin is required
