Manage 3 X profiles (B2B industrial brands / media)
Create and publish weekly content plans
Write and schedule posts optimized for reach + engagement
Grow organically through:
Smart posting strategy
Community engagement
Comment strategy
Relevant conversations & trends
Improve performance using analytics + iteration
Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with industrial decision-makers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience growing X accounts organically (must-have)
Strong writing skills in English (industrial/business tone)
Experience in B2B industrial communication (manufacturing, automation, IIoT, energy, engineering, etc.)
Ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging posts
Comfortable working independently and delivering consistently
Preferred
Experience growing multiple accounts at the same time
Strong understanding of industrial audiences (CEOs, engineers, plant managers, solution providers)
Ability to repurpose content into threads, short posts, commentary posts, and insights
