Responsibilities
Operate and maintain presses to stamp, form, and shape metal components with accuracy and consistency
Perform sheet metal fabrication, making precise cuts, bends, and finishes to meet exact requirements
Handle saw cutting operations to prepare materials for production
Execute EDM machining to create intricate, precision-cut components
Carefully assemble parts so they fit and align properly, ensuring quality at every step
Inspect finished products to make sure they meet strict aerospace specifications
Follow safety protocols and keep your workspace clean and organized
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with press operations, sheet metal work, saw cutting, and EDM machining
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Skilled in using micrometers, gauges, and calipers
Comfortable working with heavy machinery and lifting up to 50 lbs
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety
