Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software implementation and systems integration projects
Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, and risks using structured project management methodologies
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting using Microsoft Project or similar tools
Serve as the primary point of accountability for project delivery, proactively addressing issues and driving resolutions
Support continuous improvement of project processes, documentation, and delivery standards across engagements

Qualification

Project management certificationMicrosoft ProjectTechnical project managementSoftware implementation experienceSolutions-oriented mindsetCommunication skills

Required

Proven experience managing technical or software-focused projects, including implementations and integration initiatives
Strong working knowledge of project management tools, including Microsoft Project
Project management certification such as CAPM or PMP
Ability to maintain a positive, solutions-oriented mindset while navigating competing priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively

Preferred

Experience working in regulated, operationally complex, or asset-intensive industries is a plus, but not required
