They are hiring an entry-level Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with property management teams and support existing accounts while learning to sell the Creative MultiCare way.

Visit properties and introduce Creative MultiCare services
Build relationships with onsite property management teams
Set appointments and follow up on leads
Take notes and track activity using a smartphone/computer
Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth handoff and great service
Represent the company in a professional, customer-friendly way
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
At least 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record (MVR required)
Customer service mindset and comfort talking with new people
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Basic smartphone and computer skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable commute to the Stockbridge office each workday
No lifting requirements beyond light marketing materials
