Responsibilities

Candidate will achieve assigned service revenue and capture rate goals. Develop and process service quotations, contracts and negotiations
Provide back up for service contract sales representative. Evaluate equipment reports to determine systems with expiring warranties and contract renewals
Manage teams and conditions negotiations for service contract customers. Manage SAP contract submissions
Cross-functional collaboration and information sharing to achieve financial goals
This role includes drafting, reviewing, and processing service agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
The specialist serves as a primary point of contact for customers, communicating by phone and email to gather required information, clarify contract terms, and provide status updates
In addition, the specialist manages contract billing, including setting up new agreements, generating invoices, and resolving any billing discrepancies
They collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Support, and internal operations teams to support timely contract activation and maintain a positive customer experience
This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously in a fast paced environment

Required

Bachelor's degree highly preferred
