Responsibilities
Interface frequently with external vendors that support critical site infrastructure
Work cooperatively with cross‑functional groups such as Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH), Quality, Production & Sustainment Operations, Program Office and other support organizations
Coordinate and manage vendors for repairs of high‑priority equipment
Handle logistics for vendor arrivals, visitor badge processing, and related on‑site activities
Design, collect, and present KPI dashboards for tracking LMBuildings metrics
Act as the Site Integration OBEYA Room Coordinator, facilitating visual‑management sessions with senior leaders
Maintain up‑to‑date visual boards displaying strategic initiative status, milestones, risks, and owners
Track tactical items such as daily and weekly action items, backlog, and resource constraints
Ensure real‑time updates of all relevant data to support senior leadership decision‑making
Qualification
Required
Experience with visual-management methodologies such as OBEYA
Demonstrated commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
Lean-Six-Sigma Green Belt or PMP Certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline
Prior leadership of cross-functional teams that span ESH, Quality, Production, or Sustainment Operations, with ability to influence without direct authority
