Responsible for developing and troubleshooting Oracle HCM Extracts, including identifying issues, implementing fixes, and fine-tuning performance
Utilize XML and BI Publisher to create and maintain reporting solutions
Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring accurate data transformation and secure connectivity through APIs, SFTP, and middleware components
Perform advanced SQL and PL/SQL development to support data processing and transformation, leveraging OCI-DI and data connectors for seamless integration across systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines, following established project plans and maintaining clear, proactive communication with stakeholders
