Systems Engineer II- Integration & Test (I&T)
Raytheon is a leading defense contractor that helps protect freedoms and deter aggression. They are seeking a junior-level Effector Systems Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer to ensure all system components meet required specifications and performance standards prior to delivery. The role involves performing lab tests, integration activities, and flight test execution.

Responsibilities
Perform lab test, integration activities, and flight test execution OR perform bench and lab integration activities for Guidance Electronics Assembly (GEA) OR perform lot acceptance testing of Seeker Heads in support of production
This position may require up to 10% travel during periods that include field test execution
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with hardware and/or software integration on military platforms
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Preferred
Experience in Guidance Electronics Assemblies and missile systems host platforms
Experience with IR Seeker Assemblies and Testing
Experience in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience with missile/launcher/munitions such as Stinger, Excalibur, or Coyote
Experience with lab environment, electrical troubleshooting, utilization of lab equipment and hardware builds
Experience with creating integration and verification strategies and developing plans/procedures
