Responsibilities

Support the Analytics/Administration team in maintaining new ERP system
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
Evaluate business process, uncover areas of improvement, and implement solutions
Ensure solutions and updates to processes meet business needs and requirements and can grow with organizational growth
Effectively communicate to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
Additional activities and group projects as determined by the intern program

Required

Currently enrolled in a college program focusing on business, finance, computer science, or related field or one year related experience
Basic knowledge and understanding of general information systems, MRP and CRM software
Intermediate knowledge and usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Must have a high level of efficiency and responsibility
Must possess exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred

Completed college coursework in information systems
Dynamics 365 preferred
