Simera is seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews while focusing on candidate experience and tracking hiring metrics.

Responsibilities
Identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization’s staffing needs
Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, industry events, and employee referrals
Screens applications
Conducts initial assessments
Manages interview processes to evaluate skills, experience, and fit
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements
Craft compelling job descriptions
Establish selection criteria that lead to strong matches
Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
Coordinating interviews
Providing feedback to candidates
Ensuring timely communication
Guiding both candidates and hiring teams through each stage of the process
Track and analyze hiring metrics—such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
Stay informed about labor market trends, competitive compensation data, and evolving recruitment technologies
Adapting approaches to remain competitive in attracting top talent
