Responsibilities

Provides training registration support services for approximately 1,500 MnDOT employees located within the Capitol Complex who request to attend training/workshops/conferences

Assists employees in the registration, processing, and tracking of professional development requests

Responsible for reviewing data submitted by employees within emails and EIOR’s (electronic inter office request) for completeness

Completes internal or external vendor registration, ensuring payment processes are in place or completed

Enters accurate data into Learning Management System to include establishing the class in the database, placement in class, employee notification, roster updates, and finalizing class status upon completion
