Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to achieve goals and directing the integration of technical activities
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients
Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees' work and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
3-5 years of project management experience, with 2-3 years in manufacturing environments
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, project management software (MS Project, Primavera), and quality control systems
Proficiency in verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
PMP certification preferred
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications are helpful
Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for manufacturing and distribution
Basic knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Familiarity with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
