Customer Service Assistant
Horizon Point Marketing is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience through handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assisting customers with order placement and processing returns
Providing information on products and services
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
