Responsibilities
Analyzing and troubleshooting software application and network component issues
Performing technical evaluations of client computing software, hardware, and management solutions operating systems installation, configuration, and maintenance on Windows servers and desktops
Develop automated and documented processes and procedures to simplify operational activities
Script and orchestrate using PowerShell, VB Scripts, and Ansible
Provide technical support to applications and utility developers regarding integration into the operating environment
Must possess Window Server Update Services (WSUS) knowledge and hands on expertise across various enclaved environments
Collaborate with management, engineering, and internal customers
Advanced skills in:
Operating system installation, configuration, and maintenance (Windows servers and desktops)
Scripting and orchestration (PowerShell, VB Scripts, Ansible)
Software/patch deployment configurations and patching compliance
Troubleshooting software application and network component issues
Qualification
Required
Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph
Developmental (0-2 years' experience)
Full Performance (3-5 years' experience)

Analyzing and troubleshooting software application and network component issues

Preferred
We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 16 years' experience, and a range of skill levels from basic to advanced
Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below
Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) experience
Programming languages: Perl, Python
Familiarity with commercial application software: Apache, Tomcat
SCCM experience
Configuration management tools
Automated system installation technologies
Automated backup systems
Virtual machine (VM) technologies: ESXi, VCenter, VSphere
NetApp Management
