Field Applications Engineer (FAE)
Avalon Holographics is building the world’s most advanced holographic display, transforming how industries like medical, defense, and entertainment experience visual content. The Field Applications Engineer (FAE) will serve as a critical technical bridge between customers, the sales team, and internal engineering groups, providing hands-on technical expertise and support for successful product adoption.

Responsibilities
Will be the primary technical point of contact for customers during pre- and post-sales engagements
Support customer evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and product demos
Work closely with Sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
Deliver technical onsite presentations and training to our customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Software, or related discipline)
3+ years of experience in Field Applications, Applications Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
Strong hands-on technical skills relevant to the product domain (e.g., hardware, software, systems, embedded, optics, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Willingness to travel as required to support customers
