Manage and grow a defined sales territory with complete ownership of revenue and margin results
Call on electrical distributors and partner agencies to drive incremental growth
Develop opportunities for whole-building projects in both new construction and renovation sectors
Operate autonomously in the field to identify leads, advance the sales pipeline, and close business across the public and private sectors
Engage diverse stakeholders, from executive decision-makers to on-site personnel, while positioning value-driven lighting solutions that satisfy complex project requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
three to five years of proven B2B sales experience
demonstrate a track record of prospecting and managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite
self-motivated professional who can gather actionable market intelligence and collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining high levels of field autonomy within the Dallas-Fort Worth market
