Responsibilities
Lead execution of asset connections to Intelligent Factory Framework through collaboration
Design architecture diagrams for new and existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure alignment with Integrated Master Schedule
Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow
Monitor team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and facilitate discussions around team dynamics
Apply systems thinking to identify risks early and mitigate as appropriate
Maintain good communication with partners and stakeholders to maintain awareness
Qualification
Required
Lead execution of asset connections to Intelligent Factory Framework through collaboration
Design architecture diagrams for new and existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure alignment with Integrated Master Schedule
Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow
Monitor team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and facilitate discussions around team dynamics
Apply systems thinking to identify risks early and mitigate as appropriate
Maintain good communication with partners and stakeholders to maintain awareness
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile development environment, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Familiarity developing with scripting and/or programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, Bash or equivalents
Demonstrated experience deploying enterprise applications
Familiarity with current networking, cyber security, software development, and/or hardware integration practices
Experience providing Information Technology or Operational Technology support
