Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with nursing homes throughout Western PA
Meet with nursing home administrators and business managers to generate new referrals
Develop new accounts and maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners
Coordinate intake referrals with internal teams
Represent the company professionally during in-person visits
Track activity and submit daily schedules (e.g., which facilities you’re visiting)
Follow up consistently with assigned nursing homes
Support families by connecting them to Medicaid qualification services
Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Ability to travel locally within a 2–3 hour radius
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Basic comfort with numbers and goal-driven performance
Valid driver's license and clean background required
Business-casual appearance
Preferred
Prior B2B or outside sales experience
