Responsibilities
Lead and perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, decontamination, and repair according to industry best practices and project specifications
Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires and existing staff to ensure optimal performance
Regularly inspect work sites and processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Communicate directly with clients to explain the restoration process, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress
Operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and used safely
Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
Ensures job sites excel OSHA safety standards
Actively participates in the on-call schedule
Produce required paperwork to accurately estimate including daily sign in sheets, photos, job notes, and moisture readings
Other duties as assigned or apparent
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Communication skills

Strong Problem-solving/Decision-making capabilities
Analytical thinking
High Emotional Intelligence
Fluent in industry standards and protocols
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
Preferred
IICRC Certification
Lead Certification
OSHA 10/30/40 Certification
Previous experience with DocuSketch, Mica, or Restore 365
