Responsibilities
Lead and motivate an awesome team of budtenders and support staff
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure your team does too
Help track and optimize store performance through daily sales metrics
Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and compliance processes
Be a go-to person for scheduling, training, and team development
Bring fresh energy and clear direction to a high-functioning retail environment
Keep things running smoothly with support from our Inventory, HR, and Compliance teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of leadership or management experience (bonus points for cannabis retail)
2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
Strong communication and team-building skills
Familiarity with POS systems, Google Suite, and (ideally) METRC, FlowHub, or Dutchie
A passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn more about the plant and the industry
21+ years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check
Comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working weekends/evenings
