The role involves owning key components of the general ledger, supporting SEC reporting, and contributing to financial reporting and process improvements.

Responsibilities
Own key components of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close activities
Play a hands-on role in quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including preparation of support schedules and disclosures
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A and business leaders
Assist with technical accounting matters, including research, memo preparation, and implementation of new accounting guidance
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Partner closely with internal and external auditors and support audit and SOX-related activities
Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and system enhancements to drive efficiency and scalability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including demonstrated senior-level responsibilities
Background in public accounting and/or public company environments
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
