Early Career Geologist

The Early Career Geologist will support geotechnical, environmental, and engineering projects through field investigations, data collection, and technical analysis, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Conduct geologic, hydrogeologic, and environmental investigations
Perform field sampling of groundwater, surface water, soil, air, and other materials
Analyze, evaluate, and interpret subsurface data, including soil and groundwater characteristics
Oversee and assist in soil and rock classification during drilling projects
Support geologic and engineering tasks in the office, including data analysis and report preparation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Geology
1–3 years of relevant field work and technical writing experience
Willingness to perform fieldwork year-round, potentially for extended durations
Ability to obtain Geologist-In-Training (GIT) and Professional Geologist (P.G.) licensure
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
Experience with groundwater modeling, CAD, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, or boring log software (e.g., gINT) is a plus
